Is Nano NSQ-3+ mask an adequate protection against haze? Does it protect against PM2.5?
§ Yes,. Nano mask has a 3D design that allow a good fit with the face of the wearer. This way, most of the air that the wearer breathes in has to go through the filter and not through the gaps between the mask and the wearer’s face. Haze can contain fine particles that are 2.5 microns or smaller (PM2.5), and studies have shown that Nano masks do provide good protection against particle pollutants as they are at least 95% efficient against fine particles that are about 0.1 – 0.3 microns.

What are the effects of wearing a Nano mask?
§ The use of Nano NSQ-3+ masks increases effort in breathing. For some people, the use of N xx mask may cause discomfort in breathing, tiredness or headache. This may be due to the mask causing increased resistance to breathing, and a reduction in the volume of air breathed.

But with Nano, it has low resistance < 2.0 for better breathability which means a good ventilation besides light weight, comfy and hassle free stretchable ear loop.

Which group of people are vulnerable and need more protection from Haze?
§ Elderly people, people with lung or heart conditions, and women in the later stages of pregnancy may already have reduced lung volumes or breathing issues, therefore finding a mask with better breathability is crucial if circumstances require them to wear a mask. Try to stay indoor if possible.

Most of the mask in the market has the capability to filter bacteria. How does a mask with filtering bacteria different from a mask with killing bacteria capabilities?

§ Filtering bacteria does not kill the bacteria and this can lead to cross contamination ie transfer of harmful bacteria to wearer itself.
§Nano NSQ-3+ powered with FOOD GRADE NANO COLLOIDAL MINERALS has these extra capabilities as stated below and being tested.

- It can kill >99.87%of contact kill rate of Staphylococcus Aureus ATCC 6538.

- >99.94% of contact kill rate of airborne bacteria

hence, bacteria will be killed and preventing cross contamination.

How long can it be used before discard off?

Nano mask has self sterilize capability of effectiveness within 24hours. For example after 3 hours usage, when you need a break foreating or bath, please return the mask to its plastic cover and
sealed back for self sterilize. This is counted as 3 hours usage only. The mask can be used up to 24 hours actual usage. After 24 actual usage it is advisable to discard it, especially when it has odor or discolorations.

Nano Face Mask kills 99.8% of Bacteria, Eliminate Virus with self sterilization

Dear all,
Email zoeybee96@gmail.com for details
Below are the words from Dr Saint Cyr, a family physician with Beijing United Family Healthcare which i retrieved from The Wall Street Journals. Those sentences below his comments are my supporting info(>>>) of nano mask that I am currently promoting.

Dr. Saint Cyr suspects that the lack of scientific data on the most effective types of masks has made many people wary of buying any at all. The doctor, who also keeps a blog called My Health Beijing, has started a project to test masks currently on the market, using a crowdfunding approach to pay for testing as many as 200 masks, which will be evaluated by a California company.
For those looking for protection right away, Dr. Saint Cyr offers these tips for mask shopping:

1. How a mask fits against the face.Air gaps that allow particulate matter in render the mask basically useless. What's most worrisome, he says, is people are walking around thinking they're protected. One good test is whether eyeglass-wearers find their glasss steamed up. If so, the masks aren't air tight.
>>>>Nano mask 3D design allowed better fitting, reduce leakage and fogging, comfort and streatchable ear loop.

2.The mask's material- its ability to filter out the smallest particulate matter- also important. Cotton masks or surgical masks aren’t effective, Dr. Saint Cyr says. The U.S. National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health offers mask certification based on the amount of particulate matter filtered out. An An N95 rating, for example, means a mask filters out 95% of airborne particulates.
>>>>>Nano mask which not only filters out 95% of airborne particulates also has the abilities of killing 99.87% staphylococcus Aureus ATCC6538 and 99.94% air borne bacteria and eliminating viruses. Besides SELF STERILIZATION when used mask being put back into its plastic cover bag.

3.Good ventilation matters, especially for those who might want to exercise outside in the mask. Some masks rest away from the face, creating a comfortable breathing space, while others feel too suffocating for heavy exertion.
>>>>Nano mask < 2.0 for better breathability which means good ventilation and very lightweight.

4. Style, too, is a consideration. Some masks, like Respro, make the wearers look like Darth Vadar, while others, like Totobobo, resemble some sort of alien with white gills. Some blogs suggest placing a second mask over the powerful one, topping off the look with a mask that may be ineffective but aesthetically pleasing. After all, if people feel ugly wearing their masks, they may be less likely to wear them.
>>>>>Nano mask 3D fitted design to me, it look less awkward and stylish to wear.
